Disney's BoardWalk Prom Freebies | Street Performers & More

For a break from noisy theme parks, tired guests can take a walk along a turn-of-the-century seaside town boardwalk for a little relaxation.

The BoardWalk Promenade, winds along the edge of Crescent Lake, and is family friendly with entertainment, shopping and dining.

The Promenade, a quarter mile long, is only a short stroll to Epcot.

You can also catch a boat ride at the Promenade Pier to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Reminiscent of Cape May, NJ with a touch of Coney Island, the colorful awnings and classic arcade games like Hoop Toss or Watergun Fun, will transports guests back to simpler times.

Shops, Clubs & Bistros

Do a little dancing at the Dance Hall, or go to the ESPN Club and watch a televised sporting event on one of 100 televisions and a 108-square-foot screen.

There are plenty of shops filled with Disney items, wine, gifts, groceries, apparel and toys at places like Thimbles and Threads and Wyland Galleries to meet even the most serious shopaholic.

Plenty of dining options are available, bars, bistros and elegant multi-course dining to grab and go snacks or ice cream.

At the Big River Grille & Brewing Works get a beer and burger or try Mediterranean food at celebrity Iron Chef Cat Cora's Kouzzina.

Spend a little time to relax and take a ride along the water on a Surrey Bike built for 4 with the family and watch the fireworks from the bridge at 9 p.m.

This is a great place for the family or a romantic date.

Street Entertainers

Disney's Boardwalk is packed with outdoor entertainment.

In the evenings after 7:30 pm. the boardwalk comes alive with free entertainment.

As you stroll along the boardwalk be sure the look out for the awesome street performers and their world class acts.

Great magicians, wisecracking comedians and skilled jugglers entertain the crowds with mystifying magic tricks, funny skits, stand up comedy acts and expert juggling to top it all off.

Stop along the way and get a boast from some amusing jokes and a little funny business, to make you do more than chuckle.
