Educators Free Admission to Ripley’s Orlando Odditorium

Updated: 04 Sep 2013 01:25:29 AM

As an educator, there has never been a better time to visit Ripley’s Orlando Odditorium than this fall.

From Sunday September 15th until Sunday October 20th, Florida educators can enjoy free entry to all Ripley's locations throughout the state, including Ripley's Orlando Odditorium.

Located right on International Drive, Ripley's Odditorium shows off a number of oddities from all around the world that were collected or discovered by celebrated cartoonist, explorer, and adventurer, Robert Ripley.

As you pass through room after room, you'll be introduced to all kinds of obscure figures from remote tribes, ancient cultures, and fringe members of society.

Among the odd attractions at the Odditorium are an actual shrunken head, a life-sized statue of 8'11" Robert Wadlow, an 8-foot stuffed alligator, the skeleton of a two-headed calf, and countless optical illusions and brain teasers.

All Florida K-12 School Staff

The offer at Ripley’s extends to teachers, administrators, counselors, and support staff of Florida K-12 schools.

To receive free admission, you must present your most recent pay stub along with a photo ID. All guests of school employees will also receive a 50% discount as part of the promotion.

Tickets to the Orlando Odditorium are normally $19.99 for adults and $12.99 for children.

Part entertainment, part educational, a trip to Ripley’s is an eye opening and family-friendly experience that is one of Orlando's beloved attractions.

In addition to the Odditorium in Orlando, “Ripleys Believe it or Not!” attractions in St. Augustine, Key West and Panama City Beach are also participating in the deal.
